I've never had a problem with mine, so far.
My corkscrew spins the worm backwards when I pull the lever back up so all it does is pierce the cork 😢 HELP!

Pushes my cork into the bottle "easy breezy" every time. Pretty sure it arrived missing a piece as I can not get it to function properly no matter what. Not so great.

Crazy. It’s the simplest process but this video doesn’t show that you pull up on the handle before you pull out the cork. Just a huge oversight in making the video

Yes this is an absurdly misleading video. Do not buy this. I am here because I’ve owned this for a year and it’s still a miracle when it eventually hopefully works. The old version was intuitive. This one stinks.
