Only use workers comp if absolutely necessary. It’s a bunch of bureaucratic Bull shit and control by the company. When I was in HS I worked at Victorias Secret one day I was taking clothes out of boxes to check them in to put them on the racks. I accidentally cut my finger on the box cutter. I didn’t report it, I just cleaned it up and got the bleeding under control. I put a glove on to keep from getting blood on anything. When my shift was over I drove to the ER. I only needed a few stitches and I told them that I cut it at home making food. My personal insurance covered it and I recovered and life went on. I’m glad I didn’t go through the workers comp bull shit. Avoided slot of head aches.

Social security benefits for seniors are an essential safety net for many, but it's also crucial to plan ahead and invest wisely for your retirement. Diversifying your investments across can help build wealth over time. It's never too early to start saving and investing for a comfortable retirement. I’m 63 and my husband 65 we are both retired with over $3 million in net worth and no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money. Saving and investing lifestyle made it possible for us this early even till now we earn monthly through passive income. 😊

    • @stephaniefythm

Alright phyllis, speaking in general terms, investing requires a good amount of knowledge. That's why it's essential to have a solid support system like a financial counselor, especially when picking out assets. I've been working with Regina Louise Collaro, who is an investment advisor at a registered wealth management company. I can't recommend her enough; my financial journey has been fantastic thanks to her. She's quite well-known for her services, and she helped me achieve financial stability through investments. Now, I benefit from her passive income strategies every month. So, I'd strongly suggest finding a reliable investment advisor for yourself ..

I've been able to feed and make a living through her advice and great work. For such a person as Regina, I owe her gratitude, support and endless prayers as it is not easy to gain access to such a competent and reliable adviser. Who isn't just wise but has all it takes to handle an investment and is good at what she does..

I have Arthrosious and have several Heart stents. Also have had open Heart Surgery in 2009. I have never filed due to fact that all lawyers want me to quit working before I file. I can't afford to go without income for a yr while I wait. It's getting to where I can't work without the pain. I routinely see a Dr and take all meds prescribed. I'm only 46 and still support a family. I need to keep income rolling in but fear I can't wait to file.

I have heart disease AFIB and I'm basically in the same boat with you. I feel so weak usually all the time so I have a really easy job, but these bills are unreal and easy jobs pay low. I can't play a lottery to see if I get disability. They should automatically give you benefits if you have proof of a serious illness or disease.

THIS IS NOT A JOKE: I need #Help more then ever🙏 Been calling and emailing #OhioAG #BWC #SIU #IC #SID #FBI #ODI #OhioEEOC #USERRA for months after my #WorkplaceInjury occured to Investigate my #InsuranceFraud Ring Allegations🤕🤷🏻‍♂️🏥⚕️ I’ve been fighting against now over a yeard and a half now. #ohioworkerscompensation decided to weaponize their SIU/Fraud Debt against me. After I tried to protect myself against what was I was going thru only trying to get my Thoracic Spine Injury fixed and back to work. But unfortunately my ex employer paid #Dinsmore Attorneys Brian Perry and Schlacter. With help from #MCO registered Nurse Jessica W who workers for #Minutemenohiocomp for any Bad Faith practices needed by any Self Insured who’s got the money. #Ohiobwc and #AGYost office is going too far to suppress legitimate #workplaceinjury Claims in #Ohio. When they don’t fire or charge lead agent of the #BWC #FraudDepartment #ShawnFox after he’s been caught and admitted to Removing Important Files from Folders and is allowed to continuously submit falsified/untrue Investigative reports that do nothing but protect the Self-Insureds/Insurance Companies from being held responsible for #Employerinsurancefraud or #Badfaithinsurance practices. The reports so grossly untrue and bias. SA Fox and SA Anderson should be ashamed and embarrassed they submitted the Report into my Claim File 2 business days before my last Hearing @ #Limaohiobwc that of course was denied and they also denied my Appeal’s. So yeah I need yawl to give me a chance to prove the #CIvil and #Felony Offenses committed against me and more than likely otherd over this past 1.5 years with #InsuranceFraud #InjuryInsuranceFraud #MCOFraud #MedicalFraud #BadFaithInsurance #HIPPAViolations #MedicalMalpractice #PleaseSaveMyLife #OIG #DOJ #DOH #ONC #FraudVictim #WhistleBlowerProtection

Everyone I personally know or know of, that receive Disability benefits, are physically & mentally able to work. It's an age old conundrum in that it's not WHAT you know, it's WHO you know. In other words, if you know the 'angles', get the 'right' Doctor, or get a devious & clever legal team, you can go on Disability. It's frustrating because my daughter has hip, back, & other physical ailments, but got turned down for Disability. Some days she can hardly walk. From the standpoint of Social Security Disability, it grinds my gears when I see ANYONE under the age of 62 collecting benefits. Social Security was created for people that WORKED for a living, then retired. I see so called 'Disabled" people in the media, and in other social situations, that are perfectly able to work SOME kind of job, but simply chose not to. There should be more stringent regulations as to the 'declaration' of Disability benefits. If someone gets away with trumping up ailments, to get out of WORKING for a living, they shouldn't be granted Disability benefits. Instead they should be arrested for vagrancy. If you want to eat, GO TO WORK. I've been depressed all my life, however have been tenacious in still being able to work. People that claim they are "mentally" disabled because of depression, alcoholism (which is NOT a disease, but an addiction), etc, should NOT be granted benefits. If someone has severe physical issues and or debilitating mental issues, then and ONLY then, should the Government grant Disability benefits. The money. however, should come from another source OTHER than Social Security. The ONLY people that have the right to Social Security benefits are those that worked, paid into it, and be at least 62 years old. Sometimes people just want to skirt the 'system' to collect benefits, in lieu of rolling up their sleeves and going to work. For example, if a person can lift their arms to smoke a cigarette, have the ability to answer a telephone, or possess any basic day to day functions, they can work. Bottom-line, with respect to the whole idea of Disability & Social Security Disability, there are too many people eating cookies out of the jar, but not enough people baking more and putting them back in.

Most that have suffered bodily damage from a procedure when they were a youngin won’t come forward until very late, well beyond the 18th year Statute of Limitation, because that’s how people are. And it’s an excellence. SOL appears nothing more than pocketing more money in to the people that have more money than anyone else (owners of insurance companies). Why there is a SOL on things non criminal is beyond me. SOL belongs in criminal Law for every man knows people get convicted wrongfully. None of this shit shall be found in professional services.
