In my description I was referring to just before they created the route 6 when the 29 would serve Southend Travel Centre and Garons Park. I remember the 29 bus going to Garons Park as I had caught it numerous amounts of times. I was not very sure of the history before that so I summarized it as best as I can. The class 720s have only just started passenger service on the Southend Victoria - London Liverpool street line. They were supposed to enter service a little while ago but due to numerous teething problems and infrastructure problems the 720s were delayed. Although they have not fully entered service yet it is nice to see them starting passenger service. It will be interesting to see if they appear in other places of the network such as Liverpool Street - Clacton & Colchester town. It will also interesting to see if they still retain some class 321s as well for passenger service on the network as they have recently spent quite a bit of money refurbishing some of these and it would be a waste of money scrapping those trains that have been refurbished as they have not been in service that long.

Yes the loud annoying ear piercing screech really sums up the whole experience of getting on a class 321 train up in one word. Annoying.

No I did not see the 68 open top bus. That route finished on the 20th of September to my knowledge. Leigh station is very quiet in terms of buses as there are only 2 bus routes that serve the station during the core part of the day that are not peak time commuter buses or school buses.
