Haha, here is my nerdy explanation. One of the first principles of sound design is to not make the music dominate the voice-over in a way that makes it more difficult to understand (a common mistake made by a lot of people). Background music gets reduced by around 20-30 dB, depending on the song. Due to the heavy beat of the song, the volume of this banger had to be turned down by a lot XD. -Saverio

There is no exponential part. The power law doesn't an incredible good job in explaining the data. There is no reason to complicate the model at this point. Occam Razor. Adding more parameters can give rise to overfitting and it is not necessary at this point. As we get more data we could add tapering effects. But it is not exponential and it will probably not be in the future.

You heard wrong. It works will the stable currencies. You heard it from somebody with an agenda.

I think it was Giavanni himself that hyper inflationary currencies don’t work with power law. I’m curious as to what else breaks the power law more. Ultimately we should not be willfully blind. If someone says “oh it doesn’t work because of x” we should not just wave it away. We need to explode all these model to full scientific scrutiny which means we need to find ways to disprove it. And if it continues to survive constant testing then the better the law remains predictable. But perhaps only time will tell.

@@gh4534 you are blind if you ignore or not study the power law. Most people have no idea how science works. We already addresses this rather silly argument. Hyperinflationary currencies have a minuscule impact on the economy of the world. I already shown that if you make a weighted BTC model adding dozen of currencies with the relative weight of each currency you make a even better model than with dollar alone. This has been explained a 100 times. At this point the people that don't want to understand the multiple explanations given (it is a small correction effect, it works with dozen of stable currencies and so on and on) have some some agenda or deep misunderstanding. For the power law to be broken you will need all the major currencies to go hyperinflationary and most people have no clue what that would be for the world economy. I can tell you clearly, Bitcoin would not help in such a situation. We need to make a video about that soon.

You may have explained this 100 times but others may have joined this exploration recently. Furthermore, it is difficult to view everything video you have made or every video ever made about power law and btc and come to the same conclusion you may have reached today. You should allow others to be at differences stages of discovery. Have some patience. You sound tired of explaining it over and over again,

Price is the radius of the Helix, hash rate is the z axis. Time is implicit in the evolution. So this shows the relationship between price, time and hash rate. The reason you see this being so orderly is because they are all power law of each other.

@@quantonomy well tbh i like them, at least some of them present solid data and a reasonable projection of the future, it's just that some of them tend to overdo it and try their hardest to bend the data so that a laughably small amount would be 'enough'

Yeah, I figured it would be a little difficult to follow all of the events due to all of the data on the screen but we wanted to cover a lot of info while following the rhythm and clock animation. Watching it a few times while focusing on different aspects or slowing down the playback speed helps. -Saverio

I want you to reflect on the stupidity of this comment for a moment. We literally showed how the BTC-Gold power law is as perfect as the BTC-USD power law. The whole point is that the differences from short-term relatively controlled inflation are tiny when compared against an asset that has multiplied by a million times. How many more metrics do we need to compare bitcoin against to make our point clear? -Saverio
