Team Cycles opened in 2013 and has become the most innovative independently owned bike shop in the North East. We stock a full range of bikes including road, mountain, electric, gravel, cyclocross, hybrid and kids bikes. In addition to this, we offer full bike fits and custom builds to accommodate cyclists of all levels.
Our aim is to provide the best shopping experience to all our customers irrespective of your requirement or budget. Our staff have first-hand cycling experience so you can rest assured that practical advice won’t be in short demand. We have a dedicated on-site workshop with trained mechanics who can carry out all services, repairs and custom builds.

even though the white line is no longer aligned after doing this tension adjustment, following this tip fixed all my shifting issues with gears 8-12
love to hear it!
Easy does it however mine continues to fail on trail. Everything torqued to spec. SRAM sending me new mech as we speak. Better solve it. Super bummed.

I use my gravel bike to commute.. so scared to use it on heavy and muddy paths. I am worried it would wreck the bike.

Should have meet up
Unfortunately, not every caliper perfectly stays still/centered, and you might have to manually adjust the caliper by laying a piece of paper on the ground to more easily see the spacing of the pads. You loosen the caliper just enough to make small adjustments and tighten them all the when satisfied with the position. If tightening shifts the position, make your adjustments slightly off center in the opposite way of the shifting so that tightening the bolts puts them in the final position. This is more tedious, so the method in the video is definitely worth a shot for the first attempt 😅

Should do. But you usually have some more adjustment with cable breaks.

I would have went with DA mech over Ultegra Di2. And how many spacers does it take to make the frame fit? 50 mm under the stem plus 40 mm for the stem is 10-20 mm over what I would consider safe...
