Why not, after msc you can go for STO, ARS, AP, SMS and many more
Definitely one can join STO and ARS if he or she is having great understanding on the subject matter. Forget about SMS (under SAUs) and AP because if anyone having PhD degree then extra 10 marks for PhD and extra marks for publications will be there for the PhD candidate.
