@@kyameronrl aight bet: 1. You are playing too passively with the ball in your control. As an aggressive player, I can tell you I dunk on passive players 8/10 times simply because they look like they don’t know how hard to hit the ball or if they’re gonna go around me (not sayin this is exactly you, but from my POV it’ll look like that and probably from your opponents’ too). Play more aggressive. Hit the ball with intention. Don’t have to control it every time, sometimes it’s best to clear it steal boost and maybe get a bump. 2. Your defence needs work my man. You do relatively well on it but you rely too much on your teammates to do their part. Imagine it’s a 1v1. You can’t blame your teammates bc it’s just you. So what do you do? Be ready to read plays more. If you see your teammate is struggling to take control of the ball a few times, be the ‘captain’ of your team and take charge in plays. And when on defence, go onto backboard if your tm8 is on the ground and visa versa. 3. Your rotations are pretty solid but could use a few tweaks. You get too close to your teammates when they’re in play - often with not enough boost to rush back if you need. Instead of staying like 4 car lengths from them, stay 8-10 far lengths from them. 4. People in c3 / gc1 often play very tactically. They know when to go for a ball and when not to. Yes they’re very much imperfect - we all are - but be aware that when you are for eg going up the wall with a ball, stay close to it and go for a low 50 near their net. Rotate out immediately. Steal their boost and take mid boost - your tm8 will anyway need to rotate back to your net if things go south so corner boost is for them. But for you, take the opps big boost and nearest mid boost. This will always force the opponent to either pad up, or play more passively than you - you take this chance to play more aggressively. 5. If you’re losing by 1-2 goals, the opps will play faster. Hold your ground and boom the ball back to their net a few times. They will feel like they are actually chasing the ball rather than the goal. This allows you to push up field rather than be stuck in your own net. 6. You’re a lil too slow moving around the field too brother. Using 20 boost and going into super sonic will help you massively. I see you often brake more than you drive fast in situations when speed is key. You’re essentially being out sped :) you need to use boost more, pick up pads more, and steal boost and use it more to get to drifting balls and plays. That’s what I can see for now man. Obviously consistency is huge here and going for each win in the game, but sometimes it doesn’t work out. That’s okay :) you say only the unlucky things in plays esp in this vid happen to you only - trust me man I’ve had it happen to me and worse 😂 it’s just RL. We love and hate it equally.
