1966 Dodge Dart first drive on rebuilt turbo EFI slant six
My 1966 Dodge Dart, moving under its own power for the first time on a rebuilt 225 slant six. With a turbo and EFI. It has a lot of tuning left to do, but this went well for a shakedown run. See this link for build details: grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/build-projects-and-project-cars/1966-dodge-dart-turbo-slant-six/159236/page1/

Quick teardown: Brio 33130 Cargo Battery Engine (and how to fix it when it breaks)
Переглядів 4,4 тис.3 роки тому
Get your triangular tamper-resistant resistant screwdrivers, we're tearing apart a toy train from Brio! My son wanted this battery powered locomotive, only to find its switch gets stuck in the off position way too often. Here's a quick teardown of the locomotive, what's wrong with the design, and how to get it working again (at least until your kid breaks it in another hour).
Bodgery Barn: The Buick gets a racing seat!
Переглядів 2455 років тому
When my attempt at do-it-yourself upholstery failed, there weren't many good options to fix the Buick's seat. A junkyard seat would probably be in even worse shape. A cheap seat cover would always try sliding off, and only hides the problem. Good upholstery work is expensive. But a cheap racing seat? There's an idea! The seat installed is a Scat Procar Sportsman 1606, and the only other parts u...
Bodgery Barn: Replacing the passenger side mirror on a 1998 Buick Regal
Переглядів 2,8 тис.5 років тому
The rear view mirror on my 1998 Buick Regal was broken off. In this video, I bolt a new one on. Sorry about the alarming drop in production values halfway through the video - the batteries in my camcorder went dead, so I finished filming with a cell phone. At Bodgery Barn, we never let a lack of correct tools get the way!
Bodgery Barn: Testing the Harbor Freight crossbeam dent puller
Переглядів 241 тис.5 років тому
We test a paintless dent repair kit from Harbor Freight! And it doesn't go very well. Watch this video to see how many tools we break - and whether we still have a dent when we're done.
Bodgery Barn: Replacing a bathroom faucet

The bathroom faucet knob is broken - and it turns out a new faucet isn't that much more than a set of new knobs. This video shows how I swap out the old faucet for a new one.
Bodgery Barn: Fixing a stuck car window
Переглядів 335 років тому
The rear window on my 1998 Buick Regal is stuck. This video shows how to replace the rear window regulator on this car. Actual time was maybe half an hour, but the video has been edited to get it under 15 minutes. Overall, this is a pretty simple repair. You don't even need a full set of wrenches, just a set of Torx (star) screwdrivers and a flathead screwdriver. Most modern cars are pretty sim...

Cumming, Georgia Independence Day parade, 2018. They have about 20 restored steam tractors in action.
5 years into the future you can find a video on UA-cam of a fellow pulling a dent like this out of the side of his truck bed, using only a claw hammer and hot glue. He hot glued the handle end of the hammer to the dent with hot glue, and once it cooled, he gave it a yank and the dent came out on the 1st try. Worked a lot better than this puller. Also 5 years into the future, Amazon sells amazing, cheap, paintless dent repair (PDR) kits that should work 1000x better than this puller. You gave it a great go at it, and I have looked at this kit at HF before I bought the PDR one from Amazon. Oh there are 1000's of PDR videos now that will show you have to do it the right way now. Just search PDR on UA-cam and be amazed!
Lmao
The Marge Simpson growl😂😂😂😂
It's a cheap tool, but you definitely didn't use it correctly. The surface needs to be prepped correctly, and you need the puller to be on a flatter surface. That puller is not compatible with the location of your dent, and you need an oval shaped attachment.
What a ridiculous video. You got a used thing and decided to make a video on how "bad" it works to "test" it. All you had to do was exchange the thing for a new one, and you could have actually made a somewhat useful video, but no, you had to make some bs clickbait instead. What a complete waste of time.
I bought two Brio battery engine sets for my kids for Christmas. I wanted to install the batteries before wrapping them and ran into this issue. Thank you so much for your help. There will be two very happy kids on Christmas morning thanks to you.
Cheap glue😢
First you didnt used the heat gun to shot at it first. Wrong way tho
Why even post this???
10 out of 10 for perseverance you had me in stiches
**FUNNIEST SHIT IVE EVER WATCHED**
Dent looked better
I am pretty sure it tells you not to press the tab into the glue
What a doofus.
Adding heat to the area with heat gun makes all the difference . And start on the outside and work in.. slowly
Great review. Thanks
Total fail😂😂
You should have poured boiling hot water on there first. It works better when do as the hot water makes aluminum/metal surfaces a lot more flexible.
Use rubbing alcohol to release the hard glue.
Sounds great. Dont listen to haters. Good job.
For one thing, you waited way to long to put the puller on the glue.!!! Prep everything first. When putting the puller in the glue, press it on to the car for about 20 second ish.
Do not do what you are doing.!!!
Made in China No wonder it sucks
almost got it. if he had more information it could have come out pretty good. also, did better than I expected based on his confidence level at the start of the video. keep trying Matt, thanks for posting.
Can not get off the floor for laughing . Is this for real .. class !
This video is so frustrating and funny at the same time 🤣 u know u can just pull it with hand after u use the glue instead of the bar right
Stupid ......
I'm lost ca t stop laughing 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 is this a joke or is it possible that this man is silly as he gets on to be
You do have to clean the release agent off unless you use alcohol which evaporates away! It might also help to watch videos by those who know what they are doing.
Lesson worth watching.
Lmao if this don't work nothing will 🤣 Take that crap back and bring that car to me. I'll fix it. EDIT: And shoot them damn birds 🐦
Gosh the agony….
Yeah, I think something like that would have to be heated a bit with a heat gun and then with a cheap tool like that you cant because it uses heat glue instead of chemical one. Then you would have to start at edges and work yourself toward the middle of the dent. I've seen bigger dents pulled but not with a toy puller and no skill whatsoever. You have to watch some videos first if youve never done it.
I'm assuming the directions didn't say this, but It does help a lot if you heat the metal first with a something like a little propane torch. Even a kettle of water hot off the boil will do in a pinch.
😁😂🤣
You should wear gloves.
Can you even put on your shoes without two attempts? You seem pretty incompetent.
buy this product with the same result, it is a waste of time with these products
More wasted dollars going to China for their junk
this is not going to work on such a hard crown. and you have been applying pressure on the wrong spot all the time :D
This guy is quite a bloak...why would someone purchase a used product and have to wrestle with a cheap glue gun... he's in the wrong business...what strange human being....hmmmm
Don’t give up, you may have saved a professional dent puller an hour or two of work saving you some money when he does the job for you
If used, return it.
i wanted to make it through this video but at the 8 min mark i couldn't watch anymore, watching people try to do stuff they don't understand how to do makes me crazy, that dent could have been pulled so easy if he would have released the pressure on it first in fact releasing the stress on the dent probably would have popped most of it out without even doing the glue pull but because he pulled the center of the dent with the stress still around the edges he stretched the metal which is why after he pull the dent out some when he pushed on it the dent sunk back in, it's called the oil can effect......
This guy doing the demonstration has the mechanical skills of a clam.
You really dont need to get the glue off the tab everytime.
i dont know what was more hopeless , the tool or the tool doing the demonstation ?
I would of just bought a new car
😂😂😂😂he said we made a dent in the dent omg I can’t stop laughing 😂
Someone used alcohol to get glue off.
