Okay so say you buy 5 companies making $1,000,000 each in earnings and you pay 5x earnings for each one… that’s 25,000,000 and earnings are 5,000,000… and then Adam says he sells for 14x earnings… but is 5,000,000 in earnings enough to sell at 14x earnings or does it need to be over 10,000,000 in earnings AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, Who is the buyer at 14x earnings? Given the first example of 5,000,000 in earnings after rolling up 5 companies (just for example say we don’t increase earnings at all) and it costs us 25,000,000 and then we sell for 14x that is 70,000,000 leaving you with 45,000,000 in profit just for combining 5 companies? Or maybe it needs to be 10 companies so double the story… is it really that easy to go from 5x earnings valuation to 14x earnings valuation???

The FACT is that the Trace-Together tokens which probably cost the govt over S$100 million has proven completely USELESS with little or NO UTILITY value. The TT tokens was, I believe, the brain child of the GovTech division in the PM's office of which Li Hongyi has been actively involved. Pple might remember that the CEO of GovTech had been removed from his position after I'd debunked the White Paper on the govt. epic mismanagement of the COVID-19 pandemic. SGP, like many countries which followed the WHO mandate is now seeing increased in other medical/health issues like STROKE, CANCER, cardio-vascular diseases, syphilis but NOT other STDs which would cost billions of $ not forgetting PREVENTABLE DEATHS & the severe negative impact on our economy, undue sufferings and hardships by the pple. Dun get taken in by acolytes, supporters and sycophants posting positive. comments on Li Hongyi Get the complete FACTS and evidence....rather than the propaganda one reads in the controlled mass media. As an analogy, SpaceX was rather unknown as compared to Boeing/Lockheed Martin in their ULA joint venture responsible for earlier NASA space programmes. CURRENTLY SpaceX has successfully launched >350 flights including 9 crewed mission to the ISS, with Falcon heavy launching 3 or 4 US military projects.....whereas ULA has NOT managed a SINGLE successful flight & return. Speaks for itself that what is spoken might just turn out to be empty hot air..........worse the outcome could be devastating like the epic mismanagement of the COVID-19 pandemic requiring tens of billions of health expenditure to deal with unpredictable health/medical issues going forward. Those acolytes/supporters/sycophants of Li Hongyi should cite any eg of ANY +ve contribution. Oh dun forget that his father Lee Hsien Loong was a super wrangler from Cambridge U & his mother Ho Ching was a President scholar......who turn out to be utter failures in the COVID-19 case & the tens, if not hundreds of BILLIONS of losses.
