As someone who has been fostering cats for almost 7 years, I can confirm that the joint motions that these cats are experiencing are completely normal. The motions allow them to climb, run, fight, and a lot more. I hope this helps!

I find incredibly difficult to build a routine in which I am both productive AND find time to be creative. Even when I have the time I often find myself without the energy to write/read etc... (W song choice btw)
oh for sure!!! I just started having this sort of routine and regulated life for the first time in 22 years of my life. it takes time, and even if you don’t do it that’s totally fine!! don’t feel guilty, just enjoy your life <3
