just type UNITS under UNITS TO SCALE fine meters or whatever units you want
Possible poh ba sir mkpgrelocate ng esang muhon lng gmit binatihan ko ng coordinate s northing at easting tpos pinplot ko sa autocad in ang starting point ko tinatype ang Ang angle nya at distance
Should I adjust the Units by checking the Clockwise and direction to North?
No need to adjust it leave it as it is, b'coz that's the default setup in AutoCAD, unless you want to reorient the lines in your drawings. Thank you!

sir pwde po ba kayo magTuro paano magPlot ng Topo Survey yung may mga Shots na tapos sa AutoCad gagawan nyu po ng TopoMap diko kc maGets paano nila naPplot yun sa AutoCad ang ginawa lng kc namin nagShot lng kami ng Ground Surface gamit TS interval dw ay 5m.. tapos nkita ko nlng sa Office may topo map nang ginawa gamit yung Survey namin.. thanks godbless✌️
