I am worried myself to death. I have a 4months old baby with a head circumference 45cm(macrocephaly???) I was referred to a genetics counselor for second opinion. I went and he mentioned something like penile freckling and PTEN syndrome. He also mentioned something like autism, mental retardation and development delay. Sorry for my English i am a french speaker. I don't know what to expect. Please answer me. He does have penile freckling. With the head size and penile freckling can we certified PTEN without genetics test? Is there any chance he might not have it?
