Why ball hockey goalie shoes cost this much?
Переглядів 1,6 тис.3 роки тому
Many goalies ask, why ReasonY ball hockey goalie shoes cost more than regular running shoes, steel toe boots or floorball shoes. You can check the current cost at www.reasonyhockey.com/product-category/ball-hockey-shoes/ The ReasonY shoes are made in Europe and not in Asia. We are using polyurethane sole as it is more durable and it also absorbs the impact better. Foam in the cheaper running sh...
Ball hockey goalie blocker that makes the sound of SAVE
Переглядів 2 тис.3 роки тому
We did a short review of the ReasonY ball hockey blocker. This blocker is very unique as it is made from carbon fibre. Many goalies mentioned that the blocker makes a loud sound when you make a save and players started to hate that sound. One goalie started to call it the sound of SAVE. Quick goalie exercise - slide faster
Переглядів 1,6 тис.3 роки тому
This one minute goalie exercise will help you slide faster and you will be able to control the slide all the way to the new target. Many goalies jump into slide instead of pushing into butterfly slide. Goalie must also work on the ankle movement.

How can goalie get 96% SV every season? THE FLOW

The skill and conditioning era is over and the new era of FLOW (being in the zone) is here. The skill and conditioning factor is still important, but it will never get you 96%SV hockey season. Hi Michael - I'm looking to buy this glove. My middle finger measures at exactly 3 inches. I'm thinking to buy the small palm because I'm concerned the regular might be too big. I have small hands. I currently use a senior ice hockey glove, but sometimes find it difficult to close. What is your opinion? Thanks!
How do you clean goalie pad sliders?
Bude forma?
Can these pads be used on pavement or only the tile floors?
@@michaelrosenblum1266 the pads can be used on pavement
Impossible to win the game just saying
So basically there’s no important difference unless you have to catch 28 balls in 10 seconds
It's a shame that it won't be demonstrated by a person who can do a proper butterfly. Also holding hands and holding a stick is not okay.
It seems like the glove you mentioned is not only for weak guys, but also for those who want to make excuses for their lack of strength. Instead of investing in such a useless gear, it would be a better idea to purchase new or used goalie gloves, blockers, and pads. Spending money on this ridiculous product is a complete waste. It is not worth your time, money, or effort to even consider using such a poorly designed and useless gear.
Where can I get the RY jersey?
It’s a loud thud sound when a ball hits it. On a bang bang one timer play that results in a fast shot that that hits it square, the sound reverberates around the gym.
Sliders are for people that have weak knees a joke
Or people who don't wanna destroy their knees while they still have them
what’s up cam talbot
What kind of flooring is that?
cool but i wouldnt be able to stand the sound
Where do I get the goalie Stuff

Please this video quality make this compagnie look like beginners..... ;(
Thank you man
Sound is terrible... this video quality make this compagny cheap
his shoes look really amazing i will order some but there is a size 10 of ball hockey goalie shoes 4.5
If you guys respond how would I be able to use normal bungee toe ties on my ice hockey pads. Going to get the shoes for off ice training in pads and would need to use my normal toe ties. How could I do so?
Hi...I have a pair of the 5.0 model goalie shoe, but don't have the toe cap/ slider. Do you sell the toe cap/ slider for that model? On your website, I only see the toe cap/slider available for purchase for the 4.5 model. Can you use those on the 5.0 model? Thanks!
Please send us an email at info@reasonyhockey.com
I'm located in Canada I've been trying to contact you guys several times plus phoning and leaving messages and messaging you guys on Facebook without any replies please message me back I wouldn't mind purchasing a few things from you
Interesting. You never hear anyone talk about it this way. Face your superstitions before they control you.
Those r dope
😂😂😂 like I’m going to pay 450 dollars for that garbage
Thank you for your comment, we do understand that not everybody can afford Pro ball hockey glove. Cheap or used ice hockey trappers are also good option for beginners.
Where I can buy this goalie stick with holes? Must be so light!
prototype
some players in gym games or rink games like a full wrap around the knees instead of straps. i find straps are uncomfortable compared to something that completely wraps the knee
Thank you for your suggestion.
does the porsche come with the shin pads :|
Okay what does it sound like when the ball hits it?
What does it sound like?
May i suggest you make a video how to remove and replace the inner glove?
Thank you for your suggestion. The video is ready.
Where did you get those there amazing 😅

Hi! Im from Canada. Where can I get ReasonY gear?

ahead of the game, fantastic stuff.
How would you protect against a puck used in roller hockey if you wear shoes as goalie? Or is it not a big deal
The goalie shoes have toe guards and sliders.
steel toes! :D
I am 100% getting shoes pads and trapper and blocker . This goalie equipment is a game changer putting a order over the winter ..
Curious what size are those pads?
my guy gotta scratch up the crease
Okay for that surface, but what about concrete?
Isnt concrete going to kill your pads?
@@kaboom6236 no, but it will kill your knees if you dont go down to hard, you may end up with a bloody knee.
@@hazbinhelluvamusichourloop8827 it probably destroying my pads because they are made for icr
@@kaboom6236 all pads are made for ice lmao, the street hockey pads are not made for anything but kids, too much cushion
@@clearlybrowsing fair enough, concrete is still killing mines tho lmao
thanks i need to work more on my pads work
i just cant bring myself to spend that much money on something ive never touch in person or even seen being used by another goalie, (over $2000 for pads n gloves crazy my last Brains custom set was cheaper even after sliders added) i play well over 150 games a year between ball/roller hockey i wish you would expand get in more store, or send some promo sets out to ppl like me who are very interested and could get them seen all over Ontario in BHI and many other leagues! i cant even find many review of these besides company videos and i cant spend a months salary on something i might not like, its not like its a small change from ice pads! `you need todo something theres a big market for this gear and your marketing sucks ass! you never even send reps to the big tournys! send me a set beyou biggest and cheapest marketing/promo ever in Ontario
Thank you for your suggestion.
LMAO! Anything to prove your product protects, eh? Ure crazy!
What is the weight, in grams, of this pad? everyone says their stuff is "lightweight," but listing the weight is how one would actually compare. All that plastic and screws weigh a lot. I have handled some of your catch and blockers, and they are remarkably heavy.....
Thank you for the question. Yes our new glove is just around 700 grams, but we don't think there is anything lighter on the market that can handle NHL speed slapshot. Can you please be more specific for the size of the pads and if you are looking for comfort or weight set up? Depending on the set up, the weight can range from 1900g to 2700g
@@Reasonysports I asked about the weight of the leg pad....not the glove...
@@wagnerbaseballgloverepair6853 yes we understand but as we wrote you need to be more specific regards size and set up. We also wrote the range.
i see now... I am using a set of Vaughn Velocity V* pro carbon at 35+2 which weight 2050 grams per pad...so looks like its in the lower end of your weight range... also my trapper is about 950 gram, so your new model looks about 200 gram lighter... Weight of Vaughn V5 Blocker is 895 grams...but this would handle an NHL puck.... 171 grams puck 164 gram (G Force) These are more in depth questions i guess
@@wagnerbaseballgloverepair6853 according to your pads weight, it looks like you don't have sliders, which means adding from 400 to 500 grams on the top of 2050. This means if you want to use your pads for ball hockey and have the top sliding ability, the total weight is around 2500 grams per pad. Vaughn PRO Carbon and ReasonY MP Carbon are very different pads. Vaughn is for ice and ReasonY is for ball hockey. Vaughn is using some sort of plastic composite as Bauer and ReasonY is using true carbon fibre plates. We made a video to compare these two materials. Vaughn are great pads for ice hockey. We test our new gear at puck speeds of 100mph, to mimic the maximum ball hockey ball momentum can be achieved at 70mph. What type of glove are you using. It looks really light compare to PRO Bauer or Vaughn gloves as they are around 1100 grams. Yes our blocker is heavy due to durability. We wanted our blocker to last at least 5 years with some components changes.
Been a while! Glad to see you are still at it.!!!
More videos are coming
As a ball hockey goalie since 1994, and as someone who built a lot of their early equipment from scratch, I’m a bit disappointed by what this shoe does not do. I was wearing my Tony hawks by 1999 with two small holes melted through the toe and a hockey lace which pointed outwards and tied into my toe bridges. I did this because I was seeing it on NHL leg pads and it worked extremely well. I did not need an extra plastic set up as the lace running through the tip of my shoes did not touch my toe tips anyhow, so I don’t know why the breakable plastic pieces need to be used. I also for a time wore Nike Shox in goal with the toe mod because then I had two different slots for my bottom straps. But here in your 2021 product you have only one option, under the foot, and no Lundy Loop behind the foot if you prefer wearing your low strap behind your foot. Truly I would expect more goalies to have given you that feedback. I have aftermarket modded two pairs with a Lundy loop and have no issue wearing my strap behind my foot. Started sewing on that strap behind the foot and you may almost have something as good as what I have for about $4 worth of materials on my goal shoes.
Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. The Lundi strap is a good feature, but currently we are not able to incorporate it in our models.
Great video again guys. Where can I get this stick?
It is only prototype
Love your tips! Can't wait to have my sliders and test it!
We are excited that you are getting sliders. It will change your game.
