Manal Mansouri No problem at all Manal, thank you for clearing that up for me. The cross-trainer can help you burn calories throughout your body which in turn promotes weight lose. However it's important to note that weight lose is not "spot specific" -- by that i mean, just because you are bending the arm during the motion, does not mean you will necessarily be loosing fat from around the arm -- rather you will lose fat first from where you have most recently put the fat on (and then work backwards accordingly).
