@zuezgg they feel broken until people start learning how to play against them. Punisher's ult does a lot of damage, but Luna's ult counters it, and he doesn't get any extra health as an example. Countering an ult with an ult should be fair game, but countering an ult with a single ability is bad design. This is where Overwatch game design took a turn for the worst with suzu and immortality field.

that's the thing scarlet just sucks, she does no damage she has a mid ult her only good point is that she has a stun. You can't have an impressive clip with her as there is nothing impressive to do with her kit. I can confidently say that she is the sole worst character in this game.
