No offence but, Moriarty’s deductions are based on prior knowledge, so there’s no way he’d guess that Mika’s a vampire as, there’s no such thing as vampires in Moriarty the Patriot. Although, Ciel and Elizabeth being engaged is a reasonable enough deduction for him to make (they’re both nobles, around the same age, look nothing alike, and Ciel was worried for her).
