I've been practicing track and field for almost my whole life and since 2014, I've been coaching promising athletes on a daily basis. 4. Supine Bridge + Leg Swing
5. Pike Up
6. Side Plank + Knee to Chest
7. Plank + Leg Swing
Do 10-20 repetitions and 2-3 sets on every exercise.
