Thank you!! I used LA awesome on these gutters and diluted it to about 50/50. I usually use gutter guard from Southeast Softwash but wanted to give LA a try. It worked well.

@PrimeChosenOne it is best to start off with a 4 gallon per minute machine with at least 50-100 feet of high pressure hose and 100 ft of garden hose. This will help you be more efficient by not having to haul the pressure washer around. The 2 main chemicals I always keep with me at all times are sodium hypochlorite (pool chlorine) and industrial degreaser. It can be difficult to get your business started, but branding is important. Get a logo and use it!! the more people see your logo, the more people will know who you are and not just the neighborhood guy doing pressure washing that you're a legitimate business. @gerbergiron3709 when you're downstreaming, you are soft washing. Using a chemical cleaning solution to clean whatever surface your cleaning rather than using high pressure.

yes i do just a small amount. so im not rinsing for hours.

Thank you! The industry standard Chemical we all use is called sodium hypochlorite & Surfactant (chlorine & soap) to help remove the organics off of the concrete.

I was rinsing the areas the sh & soap were built up, so I doesnt damage the grass
