AU: In this alternate universe, Madara Uchiha, severely weakened from his battle with Hashirama, is unexpectedly ambushed and killed by Tobirama Senju. Without Madara's leadership, the Leaf Village was never founded, and as a result, the other major villages never formed either, leaving the world in a state of perpetual war-worse than the Warring States Period. Izuna Uchiha, instead of Madara, inherits his brother's Mangekyō Sharingan and later awakens the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan (EMS). With this newfound power, Izuna discovers and takes control of the Nine-Tailed Fox, which he finds sealed within an ancient temple. Empowered by the EMS, the Nine-Tails, and the might of the Uchiha Clan, Izuna seizes an opportunity to assassinate Hashirama during a moment of vulnerability, dealing a devastating blow to the Senju Clan. In the aftermath, the Senju, led by Tobirama, retaliate with greater ferocity, sparking a war that continues for generations. Without the peace brought by village systems, clans such as the Uzumaki, Hyuga, Aburame, Sarutobi, Kaguya, and Yuki form their own independent "villages," little more than military strongholds in a fractured, war-torn world. The Uchiha, Senju, and Uzumaki emerge as the most powerful clans, but the endless conflict leaves no room for peace or unity. Smaller clans and civilian families, like the Namikaze, Haruno, and Hatake, are absorbed into various larger clans, while the Nara Clan, weakened by the chaos, is taken in by the Senju. This relentless war shapes a new generation of shinobi, hardened by the constant battle for survival. The cycle of hatred intensifies without the stabilizing force of Hashirama's idealism, and Izuna, driven by vengeance and ambition, becomes a more calculated and ruthless leader than Madara ever was. This world remains locked in a brutal power struggle, where alliances are fleeting, and only the strongest survive.
