Hey there :) Do you happen to know a quick mount for the Qoocam 3 Ultra? I had one for the Insta360 X4, but the camera wobbles a bit. With all the other quick mounts I've tried, you can see it because it's outside the stitch line due to its size. :/

ITF TAEKWONDO IS DIFFERENT IN THE ARMY THEN WHAT THEY ARE TEACHING . I DID PRACTICE KARATE FIRST THEN TKD ITF , NOWERE NEAR , IT MAY BE KOREAN KARATE BUT IS A DIFFERENT GAME . I SAW TKD ITF PERFORMED BY THE MILITARY ...... THIS IS THE REAL BUT NOTHING ABOUT SPORT ..... IT IS SURVIVAL , THE MOST BRUTAL YOU CAN IMAGINE .

早期覺得birdy車好瀟灑，但考慮到實際需要，後來都是買了架Brompton。因為鳥車無豬鼻架和行李架，雖然可以後加，但會摧殘咗架birdy變得不倫不類，見到片中位美女架birdy車，確係有形有款，可是無水樽架(唔知有無另帶水樽)，我會踩得好唔安心。

ITF borrowed a lot from Japanese Karate, primarily from SHOTOKAN Karate, it's concepts and philosophy, General Choi Hong Hi borrowed a lot from Gichin Funakoshi. So Tae Kwon Do ITF is a Korean version of Shotokan Scientific Karate. Tae Kwon Do: Both ITF and WTF has added the improvement / specialization of proper kicking, body kicking kinematics, breaking while flying and doing jumping, spinning kicks. I love WTF way of performing Kicks as well and the Poomses / Hyungs/Tuls/Katas. But I wonder if the Sine Wave really is as effective, I don't agree of using Sine Wave - it wastes a lot of motion and energy bobbing up and down, If ITF TULS are done / performed the SHOTOKAN Way, or back to the original way when in the 1960s, it would be very AWESOME.
I've done both pre Sine Wave and post Sine Wave TKD. At first the Sine Wave does feel weird and awkward, and it took me a good 2 years to get the hang of it. However once you get That Feel, and it is a feeling of how the body works, you can't not do Sine Wave. It basically just teaching you to drop your weight into each technique. When used in conjunction with the Hip, the Sine Wave, actually uses Less energy and delivers more Power. But, like I said, it takes a good 2 years to get the hang of it. I've also dabbled training in various forms of Karate, Tang Soo Do, Wing Chung, Judo and Kendo. But after getting use to the Sine Wave, I kept getting in trouble for subconsciously doing it in Karate, and when doing Kendo, though I was training with mostly Karate Black Belts, and me being smaller than them, I was always being told not to hit so hard with the Shinia. 🤷♂️🤷♂️ it was the Sine Wave.

@@MichaelZuzolo No, because it purpose is to get you to drop your weight into each technique as you throw it. In patterns its Over Emphasized, but in a fight its just a dropping of your weight. A bit like how a Baseball Batter hits the ball right in the sweet spot and it looks effortless, when he hits a home run. His weight was in the right spot as he hit the ball. Same principle.

He's General Choi's Son. He helped with the writing of the Encyclopedia on Taekwon Do. He's had the best of the best instructors teaching him as he grew up, and accompanied General Choi, hundreds of times teaching seminars on Sine Wave. I think he is actually one of the most qualified, if not the best person in the World Today to talk about Sine Wave and its use in conjunction with the Hip.
