It’s normal to feel that after training for an event for so long with that one goal in sight, be it a marathon for someone that has never achieved that before. Then after the event you hit a downer unless you focus on another goal. Set the next goal on charity fund raiser for something that you are passionate about would be an idea as you helping say children, animals or people that are really rock bottom that cannot help themselves. Just a thought.

What a wonderful way of expressing love for one another

I went and found the full interview which is really quite good. A lot of the same themes that both of them have put forward in their lives and work but it's wonderful to hear them. Great conversation and you can't help but see how much they care for each other and have similar beliefs. The only complaint I have is that the interviewer didn't do his work and research in terms of some issues. That was disappointing but I'm not discouraging people from listening because it is very good.

Please let this couple last.
