a Lot of pretty words. But how does that tie up with FNB's poor computer-systems that allows for a transaction ( with cleared funds ) between two FNB accounts to only reflect on the statement the day after the transaction. Wreaking havoc with any attempts to reconcile the account with an accounting system. And when you contact the CEO-complaints line, you get these watered down answers.
