I needed to see this today. I struggle with mild depression & and anxiety and my girlfriend has it to. I’ve been reading misha’s book things I still can’t tell you and it’s been really helpful on the days where I don’t know how to help myself let alone her. It’s empowering for me to hear Jared speak out boldly about seeking help when you need it.
The way Misha saw what was in that letter and had to look away and take a drink of water to compose himself. He was that close to breaking. I am convinced more than ever of their friendship after seeing that. Thank you for sharing.
Ive only recently come across AKF and Jared's own fight - right at the best time too. This video near broke my heart. So much emotion and so much love, such a great SPN family

I know I am late to this party but wow. This broke me. I love Jared so much. I suffer from Depression so him sharing his story made me love him even more.
They don’t realize how much joy they’ve brought fans over the years. They gave us 15 years of their lives. Thank you my Ham-Sammich and my little a Dean-a-dee-do.
I was fighting cancer when I was 19, I'd had to leave my job, couldn't look after my kids, was bed ridden, it was awful. I was in a really dark place. I'd had depression for years but being physically sick took too much of my energy. I was used to using all of my energy to keep me alive but in a much different way. I went to a bad place but I decided to go back and watch supernatural again in 2015, the year of this panel and the year I spent fighting the illness and I fell madly in love with the show, the actors, the fandom, all of it. Sounds weird to non supernatural freaks like myself but I formed a veyy deep attachment and connection to supernatural while I was sick and I'm actually brokenhearted that it has to end but it is time and the fandom will live on.. Anyway now I'm done babbligg I just wanted to say thank you to Jared padelecki for his help in bringing such a shitty thing som of us have to live with into the light. Thank you Jared. Thank you misha, thank you Jensen, thank you all so much. You guys helped get me through. Me and I'm certain thousands of others. I'll keep fighting Jared, you keep fighting too 💜

This was the reason why I started watching the show. I struggle with anxiety and depression but it was seeing this and the close relationship between Jared and Jensen that led me to the show. I’ve had it I think for ever, but it only came to a head after high school. My friends had all went off to school, I was still at home, but I needed to get a job, and get into college and start figuring stuff out for my self and I just got too overwhelmed. Summer for me is usually the happiest time and I spent the whole of it in my room sleeping. I dreaded life and change and felt alone and like my life wasn’t headed anywhere. My sister actually helped the most. She was and is my Jensen. She helped me through all of it and told me I wasn’t alone, that she had felt the same way. Fortunately, she said, I had her. So thank you Jared for this. You lit the first candle and I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for that. Love you!!
Love how protective Jensen Looks out for Jared this video gives me chills i first read about it in the book but seeing it Live makes it a million times better thanks for posting it ! I dont have a Lot of friends but I feel part of an enouroums family of Supernatural may it live long after Spn the show is Gone !

He like Jensen dont show their feelings they use humour but both of them look like they are trying to hold it together. Sorry for long messege but this just shows how much we all mean to each other. What the actors mean to us and what we mean to them and what us fans mean to eachother. Im so proud of this family and i hipe this love just goes on forever
