They were a part of a series of Super Mario Brothers comics by Nintendo Comics System, Punch out did not have a comic itself it was more of a comic strip in the Super Mario bros series. I had no clue myself until a couple of days ago, I happened to stumble across it by chance.

It happens sometimes, Paulie Malignaggi had to get his hair cut between rounds years ago and a trainer took a wig off a woman boxers head a few years ago...you could hear him say "get that shit off her head" This featured boxing fight happened friday, I instantly thought of kingpin.

And Mr. Sandman is from Philadelphia, said it in the NES Punch Out.

@@silentopinion Hard to know where the stories came from because they are fictional characters, These were pages from the Super Punch out booklet. I think Bear Hugger poached a lot of Salmon going by the rough story...not sure about Mr Sandman, it could be the fact that Philly is now known for heavy drug use.

The original Shadowgate music is better for me...pretty sure its pure nostalgia, however I think this is a great original sound track..I really cant fault it.a

@@phillipcarlroberts4640 first time i ever saw shadowgate was at elementary school grade 4 it was a prize for a set amount of points..Well I got it because it had a awesome cover art.. I had no idea it was a point and click adventure game. So when i played it was the music that drew me into the game. After i herd the music i just played more to hear new songs..

@@syndicator Shadowgate music was a key to the original being so intriguing, the way I stumbled across the game was a pure fluke, my brother wanted a game called Shadowrun for Christmas but when we were in the second hand shop he picked up Shadowgate mistaking it for the game he wanted, it was actually a better game for both of us as we could both share ideas on what we should do next. The cover art is also awesome, they did a great job with the PC remake too IMO but I still choose the original music despite the new rendition being top class.

@@syndicator I will elaborate on my thoughts on this soundtrack, I actually think its up there with the Shadowgate theme, its not the same but its just as good IMO...shoot me down in flames if you want but I have really grown into this soundtrack whilst playing the game...I got the worst ending out of 4 endings too :)

I'm fairly confident that Bivol gets the win! Haha. I'm thinking Wardley will get it done and my other prediction was for Massey to put up a better show than most are expecting and last the distance but lose a decision. Beterbiev v Bivol has got all the makings of an instant classic and I'm sure it will deliver. Enjoy the fights🥊

Thanks....this is a really old song I wrote from 2006, the inspiration was that chord from the save room in the game. It was about the same time I wrote the 17b loop...it is the same tuning, I spent a while mucking about wit this tuning, its actually easier than it looks because all of the chord shapes and bits are pretty standard, it reflects where I was and what I was trying to achieve as a writer back then.

@@Scotty70 That guitar was given to me by my brother in law a few years back, the song was actually written on my takamine dreadnaught acoustic...its what I wrote 99% of things on, it just does not sound right these days otherwise it would be the instrument used for everything.

@@Scotty70 I thought I had used it for a video and I did, this is the guitar I wrote most things on including resided and the loops, I tried fixing it up and it did sound a lot better here...I bought the guitar back in 2005 and it changed the game for me...it is an electro acoustic so you can use it with an amp and pedals ect. ua-cam.com/video/Thh93_lF570/v-deo.html

​@@Scotty70 I probably have played it on a different acoustic also but I did write it on this guitar when I bought it over a year ago, I wrote it in June last year. My old electro acoustic guitars that I did the loops with need fixing up, the one I bought last year has a small body so it does not have the depth of my Jumbo and dreadnaught acoustics, I will probably be looking to buy a Dreadnaught acoustic sometime because of the depth it gives, fixing the old ones up would probably cost about the same anyway.

thanks for making me look at what I wrote at that stage again because this aint all that bad...I was not happy with it really but it was something I did before entropic starscape and freefall ...and snow too, Mystic is one of those songs that helped me persevere, I personally have never liked it all that much but it happens when you write a lot... I will start practicing this again just because others like it, thank you for the feedback.

Thank you for that, I was going to timestamp this but I worked on the original Shadowgate walkthrough comic video instead....I do have the track listing I am an honest guy and I feel that the DLC for the game is a bit lazy, a few PDF files and the soundtrack...I only spent a little over half an hour making those comic DLC PDF files into a video....I will sort time stamps out in a bit thanks again

@Enmet I will check out your beyond shadowgate videos after I play it through myself, I see you have a few speed runs any%...I am excited to see them but I am going to play it blind myself first :)
