All depends on your tool ousher whether you make driller. I knew some dudes who stayed roughnecks there whole career cause they aint snitches or dont see eye to eye with supervisor. These guys knowledge was unbelievable
Now there is the truth of it, today's oil patch. When I started, some had to die before you could move to the Derrick from the slip and tong handles. 1968 ... no pussies sitting in Captain Kirk chairs with microphones insulting their crews. Different times, I suppose. You can have her hoss. I have something you never will have and do not wish to even understand. You had to be there.
