Ep. 26: First Marathon Lessons: From Halfs To Full w/ Jasmeet Emani
Nice interview. I'm currently a Peace Corps volunteer in a small rural village in the mountains of Armenia. Not many races but when there is one, a handful of other volunteers and I enter. We had 2 volunteers do their first marathon back in April. I've done three 5Ks and hope to move up to 10k next year. If I stay a 3rd year, I want to try and move up to the half marathon. But we'll see.
So cool!! I'm fascinated by the race scene in more rural areas. Keep with it!
