This is EXACTLY how I made mine! I even used that same exact Plantation Jamaican rum and dry curaçao. The only thing that differed was that I was using some cheap ass orgeat. Tomorrow I'm making one with Denizen 8 yr rum and Liber & Co orgeat. Can't wait!
