Wining a race like this is awsome only way is abuse the dogs but id just have good time and let the dogs do best and id b proud no mater what i come in once dogs get dehydraded and have diarea id after you drop more then 2 or 3 dogs they should scratch i know Iditarod gets to compditive. I see some of the dogs stop having fun after few days i. Did find out their realy puting no effert into pulling basicaly their just running most stop using huskys. Their all mut hounds and cross breads. From what i know id use. Muts up front and huskys in rear the guy who wins the race carries 3 dogs at times haha

I lived in Anchorage for years and never knew what the parts of a sled were called. Very interesting.

Cody Hello from Whitehorse We are thinking about purchasing a Pipeline tent and would like to get your feedback on its use. We do not have snowmachine or dog sled so pull everything behind us on pulks. Can you fit 3 sleeping adults in with the stove? Does the back fly door have to be open in order to run the stove or is there another jack in the fly door as well as the jack in the tent body? Can you partially open the back fly door or body door when running the stove? Any other insights would be welcome. Thank you Skye
