@thecorporategypsy people always find some way to be negative about anything you post. Don't know how people have the extra time to sit and tear down other ppl. But thanks for watching. Hope you enjoy more of what we post.
You are right, there are a lot of opinions on the term adventure. This has been going on for a VERY long time. The definition that I came up with for me was simply, "something happening out of the ordinary". If you take the same route everyday to work, that's routine. If something out of the ordinary happens while on the way to work, that's an adventure. It could be a deer jumping out causing you to brake, or road construction that detours you. So I say, if you want an adventure, go someplace you haven't been. Or at least, been often. To make it a motorcycle adventure, simply do it on a motorcycle. None of this crap about must travel between continents, must use a carnet, have to use a passport or cross the equator. To get into the spirit of adventure, simply do your travel in an out of the ordinary way. The easiest thing to change, is your route. I hope this contributes in a positive way.

Double edged sword. Of course labels are needed to communicate. And people desire to create content. Except for some rare exceptions, I feel, that as soon as your trip is filmed, photographed, blogged, journaled, diaried, mythologized and bragged about it's not an adventure even if it was. Extra points deducted if it was hatched over drinks and talked and planned for many moons beforehand.

I agree you're riding your bike on an adventure, it's just that it's not an adventure bike😁. I think it is just a name for any bike that can handle rough offroad conditions, ie good clearance with long travel suspension and gearing to suit both slower technical riding as well as highway speeds, but as you say it's not the only bike you can have an adventure on.

Thank you so much. And that negativity is exactly why I mentioned it in the video. There are so many gatekeepers and naysayers telling people they can't do something when we should be inspiring and lifting people up.
I look at motorcycles as an adventure each time I get on them. That's why I ride rather then drive. 😊

@@sunnyferretadventures all gaskets are crushed upon tightning, that's how sealing works. And that’s why you should always change the gasket. Gaskets are cheap, and even cheaper insurance

Two good websites that I didn't know about, but overall a little simplistic. If you were to make a, let's say, 1/2 hour video with in depth details, I would watch it. It would also generate a lot more viewed minutes for your channel. ;-)
@coyotetrips We want to show people just how easy and simple it is to plan. This one is just generic for any trip. Maybe we will do a more in-depth video as well. I might bore ppl to death listening to me talk for that long, though lol

@uncreative7774 Not if it's a proper knife for it. A knife is a tool, not a shelf piece. However, you should only do this with proper fixed blade knives.
