There is a skill which I now forgot the name that keeps civilians down with gun fire from a unsupressed gun, so you dont need to tie or kill them
Not bad but could've been way faster
Yeah, had some issues on previous attempts by trying to be quicker but would sometimes end up not being able to answer the phone due to being stuck on the vault due to the lazers. Took it slower this attempt

GTA 4 does not rely on any servers for the multiplayer. It's all peer to peer connections.
