A quick run out to the wreck of the Delaware, great weather but a very strong surface current. Not a bad dive. We came away with 77 pounds of sinkers and a brass spike. Didn't see many fish and what ones we did see were all on the small size
Thx for posting. I did two recon dives on it in the spring with little to zero vis which made all the potential entanglements all the more sporty.
Glad to see you posting more videos thanks it looks like a lot of fun
Cool how old are the bottles
This whole. Commuinty revolves around fisning. Get a life people, jeez.
what's the vacuum noise in the background? Is it coming from your gear, boats or other?
Looks like the only thing to do in Manasquan is go fishing. So boring.
I’ve seen that many times before. I started Diving that wreck the summer of 78. the jetty is broken between the rocks and the beach when the jetty is in one piece I have had 25 feet almost 30 feet to the sand on the wreck it’s almost completely exposed and then when the jetty is broken no wreck or it’s barely sticking out of the sand. it’s amazing how the jetties hold the sand. I’m surprised they do not promote extending or adding jetties they do seem to work. I think it’s better than constantly pumping sand back onto the beach jetties are more permanent they just need A little more maintenance the Bluffs jetty off Chadwick has been repaired two or three times in the past 40 years that I can remember.
Bro, are you certified. Or very uncomfortable? Your breathing is terrifying. You sound incredibly panicked
No syringes? Lol I dive the bridges in the Florida keys and can't believe the amount of fishing gear I find. Turtles and all kinds of marine life are affected by plastics and line entanglement. Nice job bud.
How is that clear?!? It looks like ur diving in a swamp
I guess you never dove in New Jersey.
@@chiefdiver34 I wouldn't consider this clear. It looks like shit. If you want to see clear come to Florida.
This just really neat. Know of ant Delaware River dive clubs?
Been looking for potential shore spots to fish in the cold of winter, but even the mighty manasquan inlet looks devoid of fish. Do you ever see any fish down there mid-winter?
As a New Jersey Diver if you looking for an other diver to join a dive ? what should i do ?
Thanks great Video ,
you guys are funny i saw that sex toy
this is great video i was curious to see what was down there,,a golf corse did nt see that coming
where are you guys at in relationship to a town,,Easton Milford,,Riegelsville
1.5 north of the water gap
Awesome video! Can you tell me where you guys sell the sinker/weights you find? I’d love to purchase gear that supports your organization.
Fishing flea market in Point Pleasant Beach, it held in February. It's held by Ocean Fire company 1
Perfect thanks a lot Cheif, see you then! - Brendan M
That was super impressive.
People fish with all kinds of stupid rigs.
It’s cleaner and clearer than I thought it would be.
I bet you could get a lot of usable tackle out of the inlet. I know I lost a lot there.
Awesome thanks for sharing
That’s impressive searching ,great job
One time a friend and I dove in Lake George NY. We had our dive flag deployed, but then I started hearing that high-pitched, whining that you’re hearing in this video, which is indicative of surface boats and craft. I was maybe about 20 feet down. Thank God because I took a look up and see this boat, zooming right above me. Glad there’s so many idiots out there who don’t know what a diver down flag means.
Believe me, that’s nothing. I’ve been in golf ponds where the bottom of the pond had a layer of golf balls 3 feet thick! That’s not a typo. Literally 3 feet thick!
It's one thing to go and explore but it's another when you go and see these little holes and crevaces where these sea animals live and start opening them up to see inside and destroy their shelter.
What are you collecting sinkers for?
We sell them back to the fishermen to fund the dive team
thanks for letting us know what's going on on the bottom of inlet
No fish in the ocean any more sad
That’s bullshit lol we do fairly well fishing Nj wrecks
Why not help clean up the trash by also taking the fishing line while you're collecting the lures and sinkers rather than snipping and leaving the line which is detrimental to the environment?
we do
Great video chief! Lots of new discoveries.
There's a wreck north of the inlet
Why did you leave your lift bag on the tube?
Why aren't you checking the holes for lobster? Go at night, that place is crawling with lobsters at night
Boy that wreck is really changed I used to dive that in the '80s for lobsters it was about 15 to 20 ft off the bottom you could see all kinds of automotive parts tires it was lobsters everywhere but the visibility was pretty bad most of the time one night we only had three feet
Great viz...above the art museum for sure...I did a drift dive in the Niagra river..Very fast drift.
No fish?
That's what I thought, I heard that the winter flounder is virtually extinct
Cool
Beautiful conditions. Do you rinse the saltwater from cams in the parkinglot??? Seems the salt would eventually wreck them.. Great vid.
Yes, I do rinse them
Have you ever found any seaglass diving?
Dammm crazy should open a rusty lure shop
Obviously instead of worrying about led to scrap why don't you get the fishing line up to for fucksake
There must be a million yards of 30lb.+ braided line in the M Inlet. What do you do if you become entangled and can't get to your knife?
Time for new scissors.
Why cut off and leave the line?
Did my first night dive at the bridge
Where do you usually wear the camera?
Do you wear a wetsuit or a drysuit in the Manasquan Inlet?
It’s like a tackle shop down there
