@@hidalgosrealestate Si fuera por mí, ya estaríamos haciendo negocios con esta casa o con cualquier otra que tengáis tan bonita como ésta, por que me gustaría vivir en Tenerife, sobre todo en otoño e invierno, pero yo es que no sé ni dónde está el dinero ni cuánto es, (que por lo visto me decían me hace ser una persona millonaria), entre septiembre y diciembre del 2018 algunas personas, que ni conocía me avisaban de que mi familia me está engañando y que no me fie por que soy rico. Así que, si en algún momento me entero de todo ésto o me queréis ayudar, pues podremos conocernos y devolveros el favor, (que ésto también me gusta), y que me aconsejéis sobre alguna casa tan bonita que comprarme en Tenerife.

Hi David. 👋 Thank you very much for your comment. I'm happy that you liked the presentation and the way I showed the area. I'm sure there are a lot of differences between properties but the main advantage we have here is the excellent climate all year round. That's what adds value to all properties. This and the fact that building areas on the island can't be expanded like the areas in the south of spain (48,6% of the island is environmentally protected). As for the furniture I can assure you that it's not from Ikea, but of course everybody has an own style when it comes to interior design. I love it personally. Specially the grey Cassina armchairs. I totally agree. When you look at what you can buy in Marbella or Benahavis or Sotogrande for this price there's simply no comparison. I'm not worried about a couple of months of dodgy weather ,I'll go somewhere else for those months. Crazy money, even taking into consideration the good lot size...

Si contamos la construcción junto a las terrazas y piscina serían 536 metros cuadrados. Por otro lado la parcela, que se integra mucho en la arquitectura, son 2500 metros cuadrados por lo que de da mas sensación de amplitud. That's why it may seem like the only one in this area from the aerial view. This privileged location and the prime real estate is what gives this street its high value. The balanced climate and the modern infrastructure increases the demand for luxury real estate. Since we are around 1.300km away from mainland Spain we have two airports with daily connections to the main destinations in Europe.
