Hello Ellie! I am also on and off violin and SUZUKI method also helps me a lot. and as I keep returning to the early pieces now I have fuller information. this piece is Minuet III in G Minor Suite BWV 822 (IJB 618/BCL168). It is the Gavotte Suite and the third movement written ca. 1705. The opus is comprised of 8 movements. (i) ouverture, (ii) aria, (iii) gavotte en rondeau, (iv) bourrée, (v) menuet I, (vi) menuet II, (vii) menuet III, (gigue) but even this way it is a bit confusing. the seventh piece that should be. i just wanted to add, as i found i researched for it although not very clear, people will find it easier to retrieve. it was a painstaking effort and yet there are ones i couldn't identify.
