No this is not Blink. The singer just so happens to sound like Mark in this song. The band is now called Chasing Highs and use to be called Wilbasound a few years ago. Not sure if there still a band though

I actually downloaded this song like 2 years ago, but the file said it was the song up all night from blink... I fully believed it until Neighborhoods came out and this song wasn't even on the album and I finally searched the lyrics and found out it wasn't even Blink. Seriously, the singing sounds almost identical to Mark Hoppus!
