It would be better with slightly softer/slower jump cuts and views of the bathroom/s. Maybe also a floor plan? The kitchen is wonderful, I like the island counter. But I'm not going to ever move to the desert, I love my snowy winters too much.

This home is in the hood. This is why I’m moving. $370,000 for that location and house?!?! It’s only for the pool. DFW is either a bad area to be “affordable” or you have to be bankrupt to feel comfortable. Also, none of those schools are great. I’m moving as a teacher to a better run district as well. FWISD is on the downfall since the new Superintendent came in. Is teachers leaving in droves and they can’t hire to replace.
