Great video. If someone gets a non-conditional offer letter from a university and also registered for the course with the same university on CSC website, does it mean the person would be nominated?
Getting an admission don’t mean you’ll automatically be nominated. You’d have to wait until nominations begin to see if you are nominated.

Yes you can be nominated but you’ll have to fulfill that condition before you resume.

You will have to fill out four different csc applications.
Should one specify that he or she is applying for CSC scholarship on the SOP, OR should one just submit a SOP without highlighting CSC schooarship in the essay

You have to apply to the schools individually and apply to those schools under CSC website individually as well and you apply to as many schools as you want to

If a course is under a theme but you want to focus on another CSC theme, with that same course (because it cuts across various themes), can I still apply to that and instead focus on the theme I want?
Actually, the themes don’t really matter just apply to your course of choice and you can emphasise them SDG you want to focus on in your essays. I hope this helps

No. I applied across two themes. I just looked for courses I was interested in. Explore all the themes, you may see a course you like under a theme you don’t even expect. It doesn’t matter the theme as long as it is your area of interest.

Go through the CSC website. You’ll find the approved courses there.
You have to check the list of sponsored courses and see if anyone interests you.

There are no application fees.
How do you tie your chosen courses to your second essay, since different Universities offer different ourses
Your application should try to be as specific to the course you’re applying to as possible. This is why your essays should be rewritten or tweaked every time as least to a great extent. Don’t use the same essay to apply to all courses.

I don’t think you can. But you can always save to complete it later if you need to leave the site.

The school I'm applying to does not state if I want to apply for scholarship or not, it's just normal application. How then do I state to the school that it's a commonwealth shared scholarship I'm applying for?
You don’t need to but you can mention it briefly in your SOP. However once you submit the CSC application for that school your data will be sent to the school for consideration for the scholarship. So, CSC and the school will work hand in glove.

For each university application you submit, you’ll submit a corresponding application under CSC that means multiple applications on both sides

For every university you apply to, you will apply for it under CSC so that means multiple CSC applications. If you are applying to 7 schools, you’ll make 7 CSC applications as well.

You can use some parts of the essays for instance personal statement, leadership experience but for study plan, study outline and other specific questions, try to rewrite the essays to be specific to the course and school

You can go ahead and apply then submit your English proficient certificate. Send an email to admissions and tell them you have that certificate in place of ielts.

You don’t really need IELTS as long as your first degree was in studied in English language. Go ahead and apply. If the schools really required it they will ask you for it before they give you admission.

What is MOI? The universities you’ll apply to depends on the courses you’re applying for. Also, almost all the schools do not have application fees.
