No it did not. It must be purchased separately but worth the investment. Just some mods to the intake and exhaust plus a quick ecu tune goes a long way for a performance car for a small price

@JoshMendo Dude yea I just did the same install on my Camaro and now I'm throwing codes.. did you throw any? And if so was tune required to fix them? Says I'm lean in bay 1 and 2. Also curious. The gasket for the spacer did you put that between the manifold and the spacer or the spacer and the throttle body.. cause if my gaskets in the wrong place that could explain running air heavy and lean.

@ So mine never threw any codes or lit up the dash, but if i use my reader it will say my bank 1 is lean. HOWEVER i did do tests to ensure there were no air leaks or vacuum issues and nothing was wrong. If you disconnect your battery for a few minutes then rewire it, let it run for about 10-15 minutes at idle and that will allow the ECU to do a factory tune to the new fuel:air ratio without having to spend a couple hundred doing a shop tune. And if I remember correctly I put the gasket between the throttle body and the spacer. The spacer should be made out of the same/similar material as the manifold so it should sit pretty well against it, especially after tightening down the throttle body again.

No my o2 sensor is still connected to my new exhaust. Even before the tune it didn’t throw a code due to the afr. My engine code has also cleared since I made this video so no issues whatsoever.

Nate at 2WDW says to NOT remove the o2 sensor on the FZ/MT07 or R7.

no you dont not if you get it done properly to match ur exhaust the people who make you disconnect the o2 simply dont know how to flash 2 cylinder bikes!

@@MotoMedicine904 only places like mooremafia will make you remove the o2 because they just do the same flash to every ECU they dont do them specifically like they are supposed to be done 2WdW specialize in flashing 2 cylinder bikes thats why you dont have to remove it its going to adjust on its own like its supposed to!

I had a coworker who loved his fz-07. You just gotta remember that the r6 and r7 have two completely different purposes and performance ranges. As my first bike I wanted room to improve my riding skills without the danger of too much power. Far too many people jump from beginner bikes to advanced bikes too quickly and never even allow themselves to learn to push even something like a ninja 400 to its limits. The r7 gives me room to do so all while limiting my inability to control my adrenaline induced desires

2WDW has a disclaimer on the flash listing that there will be a check engine light during the first two rides after reinstalling the ECU. I’ve now had about 5 or 6 rides since reinstall and it has since gone away 🤙🏻

Not recommending or endorsing, just saying financing a bike is an option. But I wouldn't go down that path unless you can guarantee a steady income. You'd be paying more in the end due to interest but you'd own an R7. That's the route I'm taking when I get my full license. You could do it through the bank with a loan so you have the full bike entitled to your name but they may charge more or less interest. Really depends on your credit score.

I actually just sent out my ECU to get flashed in a recent video. I’ll be recording and uploading a riding video as soon as it’s back to see the difference. After installing the exhaust w/o a tune mine backfired as well because the fuel/air mixture was high. I’ll let you know if a flash is worth it

As per the company’s and ATF trainings, thats how they instruct you to throw it. These pyrotechnics also arm off a primer that the lever holds back. If you let the lever come off prior to throwing it, there is a chance it may go off in your hand. This same technique is used in the military when using grenades. You should NEVER let a grenade/distraction device/pyrotechnic “cook” before throwing it.

While I agree with a lot of your statement, these devices will have no lawsuit or challenge around owning them as of right now. They’re classified as pyrotechnics, not explosives or grenades, so they are completely legal to own as long as you’re certified.

@@alastorthefloridaman4019 This is always a good question to ask. Keep in mind that these types of devices are not restricted, to include thunder B and CO2 grenades used in airsoft/paintball/milsim. The devices we used are considered pyrotechnic and are not regulated by the ATF. The ATF restricted “explosive weapons” which include 40mm launchers and grenades, explosive chemicals and compounds, as well as a few other miscellaneous devices. These are super fun to use and completely legal to purchase for consumer use. I would have to do a little more research to give a full opinion on their restrictions but overall I don’t think it was necessary at this time

This is false. The ATF banned explosive devices. All devices sold by IWA are classified as pyrotechnic devices, thus making them legal. All certification information can be found on their website. It’s a quick 15 minute video and test to ensure a high level of safety

If you google IWA International their website should pop up. Keep in mind you need to get certified prior to being able to purchase grenades or explosives
