First warehouse job
Переглядів 1304 роки тому
Looking for a job? Single? Young? Hard worker? Try a warehouse job.
Its all about drugs you take. Wear knee pads for best orders.
Dont forget Its a nightmare 😂
Money is there with the foodservice warehouse jobs (order selecting) through overtime and incentive pay, but the problem is type of people they bring in to get the job done. I liked the work and physical aspect, but lot of these workers seemed to have following: daddy issues, superiority complex, insecurity, and immorality. I would be more pissed off at my coworkers and managers than the work load itself (harassments, racial discriminiation, gossiping, and nepotism are all there).
pain killer is not good you will get addicted to it
Was a selector now a lift driver. You’ll get there boys.
My bosses wanted to train the stoners on forklifts to motivate them, whereas our 130% that show up everyday were too good to be promoted up.Glad I left management and that job.
its not easy job for sure! gj bro
Did you have experience before work there or did they train you
10 cup O noodle 🤣
You work 70 hours, your checks take home after taxes is definately over 2k (which would be 10k gross a month/8k NET if you work the whole month at that rate). People dislike warehouse work but if you take care of your body, you can make some great money.
But you gotta run yourself into the ground to get it that's why people don't last.
@@alfagod3766 very true, that's why it's usually temporary work however if you can find the right warehouse where you don't have to run like that, you are golden.
@SW Investing what warehouses are easier though? They are all the same pretty much and if they are easy they ain't paying right
@@alfagod3766 depends on who you are and how you stack your pallets. I clear over $30 an hour and I'm power walking. If I was to actually run hard that's easily $40 to $50 an hour. All about finding the right warehouse with the right schedule. Best of luck bruv.
If you like 2000+ checks every 2 weeks stack that bank you’ll be up 10k within no time
Every two weeks, every week is more like it.
They really make 2k a week ? I have a interview tomorrow in Washington Seattle area. It says on indeed 90k a year but I’m think that’s benefits and all the other perks they got along with the pay
@@rjnash6044 gross 2k a week during pike season
@@rjnash6044 some weeks i can gross 2800 but it is a ton of hours
@@rjnash6044 trust me bro
I just started my first distribution job I see that whenever I work. Towards the end of the day all the other material handlers leave without finishing the pallets for some reason I'm always the last person finishing up all the pallets at most 4 by myself before I leave. My supervisor calls me the white knight I've seen my supervisor piss but, she knows knows she can depend on me.
Dam!!! Hearing this. I must had been really exhausted, can't even speak properly or focus. Smh
Don't worry at all James it's really non sense. Btw, can I find you Facebook? Let's link up online I can probably learn a lot from you!
Hey James, are you still working warehouses?
Yes I am
File a complaint with the EEOC or above?
I didn't take it that far. Only up to corporate and the vp. But everything was swept under the rug. And I chose to just get out of that mess asap
I’m starting forklift next week. Just hoping there’s not too long of periods where I’m just sitting because that’s what I’m trying to get away from in security.
He’s saying he was working over 70 hours making an extra $250-$300 strictly off incentives. So whatever the pay rate + overtime + $250-$300 incentive.
I was working at PetSmart biweekly pay 120-140 hrs making 20$ a hr check was 2200$-2500$ and incentives it would be 2800$-3300$
Cut the music
Nice tips bro! I appreciate it
70hrs a week and only 300 a week??
70 hrs a week, that would gross me around 2800 a week
no he made 300 of incentives
How old are you??
