This is not the first ethnic conflict that happened in Manipur, In 1992 there's a conflict between NAGA and KUKI n those kuki who ran away frm their villages the meitei people gave them food and shelter in Imphal .What abt all the meitei killed by kuki narco terrorists . On may 3rd a meitei village in Torbung was burned down by kuki miscreants that's y the meitei community got angry. Recently when there's a peace talk between meitei , hmar and mijo community just after some hours kuku miscreants start shooting again .Blame ur own elite groups those kuki drug mafia. Both sides have suffered enough it's not only one side. in a war like this there's no winner there will only be a victim and only the middle class innocent citizens will suffer. And how can u demand for homeland when u r not even indigenous tribe. Seperate administration is the only lasting solution. Afterall the Kuki people deserve it for what their forefathers had contributed for India independence and their struggle through INA under Subhash Chandra Bose. Also, it wud difficult 4 d two warring community to live together after the Meitei community has done towards the girls, women n children of the Kuki community. This is something, a dark spot, which cannot b erase or forgotten easily for atleast a century to come.
