His story took an unexpected turn when he contracted Salmonella poisoning while on the path to become an Olympic track star forcing him to fail out of college due to being in the hospital for 2 months. He turned to dance as a healing outlet that led him down a road to a new passion and career. Julian encourages everyone to stay focused on your dreams and goals and to never let a bump in the road keep you down for too long.
