I see this as a very realistic approach given the extremely difficult crisis triggered mainly due to the covid pandemic. It's best that we collectively face the challenges and bat on regardless of the difficulties.

Not as a specialist but as a citizen of this country I am forwarding my thought about us. Even before the Covid l personally felt that the economy of this country is been driven by unwise or stupid people. Either the minister of finance or his advisers or the Central bank. I did not knew whom to blame. An example came to my mind about a car on the road. If that car runs dangerously risking the lives of innocent people, most probable possibility is either the driver is drunken or....he is a crazy person. So it is the fault of the individuals who controls the economy to be blamed. In our country inflation keeps on rising continuosly. Purchasing power of the public get diminishes regularly, savings of hard working people (EPF) is been manipulated, money that people saved in finance companies to cover up the pension is been withheld by the Central Bank( Ex TFC) A value of the same car is 6 times higher for an ordinary man where as to the privileged people it is duty free. In this country there are more than 100 villages where the people have no drinking water, another more than 100 villages with no reachable roads. In this country any how finance has been already allocated to make a walking path over the dam of the Parakrama samurai. I can't even imagine how the vision of the decision makers. Even the distribution of money for the needy people in face of Covid, nobody knows how there are selecting these people. There should be a form of application to be downloaded from the internet. When we provide our details , government can decide the eligibility. This is simply giving money. This is a country where people are talking sadly and painfully At a times, media spooked about robbing the Central Bank by a PM, There after another PM illegally. ,earned Rs15000000000 during a single night with sugar fraud., while enjoying all relevant legitimate facilities for the post. Why is this. Is it worth of discussing about the financial situation of this country scientifically.

Cities are heating up due to condominiums and increased usage of Air conditions. We need to implement new condominium legislations. Every Apartment complex should have a mandatory rooftop garden than just tilling, along with 50% of Electricity should be from solar. create a green environment around the complex for its users to enjoy. This is mandatory in Singapore and assures mental relaxation for apartment users. Even all Gov institute must start generating solar rather than keep the roof tops empty. Most of the condominiums are run through local buyers money. Where the parent company owners are from Western county. This results in most of the APT stopping midway since they wait till all the APT are sold to complete. Bring new laws at least 50% of the project finances must be funded by the owners and in foreign currency 💴 To increase agro based economy exempt tax or tax reduction for all new machinery along with proper guidance whilst encouraging farmers. Build windmills along the ocean where maximum Renewable Energy is generated. Most of the western countries are using the ocean for this purpose. England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 is one example.
