I've used the '111 online' questionnaire, and it returned with..., Get help as soon as you can Where to get help Urgent treatment centre North Lincs Urgent Treatment Centre Scunthorpe General Hospital Cliff Gardens Scunthorpe DN15 7BH Open today: 8:00am until 8:00pm 13.3 miles away ...and which I would've done, but expected needing someone else - and their vehicle - to make the journey. So while this is a much more painful version of what I have an 8th April appointment for, I decided to not proceed and now continue to profoundly regret it, i.e. will try again tomorrow if it's not improving overnight. *I know I could always have phoned the department and spoken to someone there, just that it's the A&E business end of the hospital and although I know staff will professionally prioritise as they see fit, this does yet seem like that sort of phone call there are separate services like 111 for..., it ought not be misused if e.g. it requires NHS login.

I hope this is confidential. I watched your video and via the internet I have acquired a fair bit of information on SM. I am in a difficult position. The issue is related to my great niece, a young woman who has 4 daughters, eldest is 18, next girl is 14 and then 6.3 twin girls. It is the twins I am concerned about. Their mother my great niece has insisted that the young girls do not have this SM, they are just shy. I know that they are very talkative at home with the family. I am told they talk to their nan but I am not sure. They are in year 2 at school and I am getting this information from their mom but I don't know whether they talk at school - I think not. Last term (and I am vague because I only get what my niece tells me. It seems that the twins and several other children with some sort of speech difficulties went to another school for 2 days I think. I wondered if the twins would be scared but apparently not and I don't know who was helping these children. I think it might have been a speech and language therapist who maybe SM was not in her field of expertise. I went to the 6th birthday the twins had with loads of children and someone who organised the games and fun. I could see that the twins were having a great time as were all the other children. I didn't see them talking to any of the other children but they might have done. On the subject of having fun, the twins with their mom and older sister and sometimes their nan, have a great time visiting all sorts of child friendly places. They love animals and so zoos and safari parks are great for them, In the pictures that I see on FB, the twins are smiling, laughing and generally enjoying themselves. Their mom sends me pictures and there was one of the twins at a party with children of their own age but then I noticed their older sister (14) was also there, presumably to assure the twins that she was there in case they needed anything. Their mom told me later on FB that she had said "thank you" about 25 times when children gave presents to the twins, explaining to the children and their mother or gran or some adult that the twins were shy so would not say thank you. I hope you can see my concern. I am going to try and talk to my niece at some point. I hope you can see my problem.

I’ve been going through this for 8 years now and have suffered so much, and it’s so difficult as I work on a Very busy ward, and I feel like I cannot cope and wanted to retire in February but the government has put the age up to 68 years now so cannot get the government pension, and I’m so stressed, as my mood and manner has changed, I feel like I’m not the person I was. I have asked for help so many times, and every time I try to make an appointment I tell them I need it now and they cannot give me an appointment and I’m already on antidepressants and have not had a review in so many years and I need blood tests. I’ve tried so many natural remedies, but none have worked. I don’t know what else to do. X
