As I understand it, Canada doesn’t have at will employment like in California in the US. I would have loved to see a more general one separated by the sexes. I worked both in construction and manufacturing with the average male anthropometry and I had several badly fitting PPE problems. I think it's a general problem. There are different problems for men and women where it doesn't fit but the problem does not only exist for women. I think we need a general overhaul of the PPE equipment with more variations between sizes and fits.
