For me, to draw by pencil ALL this pictures - was impossible))) Thanks to Midjourney and Adobe firefly... - Then, I recorded voice like in russian version of this video - and even I, can't listen this pronunciation because the huge mistakes in pronunciation))) - at this situation I clone my voice in elevenlabs.io - and it helps a lot. In a same time I think that from idea to what was done was made by myself with AI help. Years ago was the same, but I have to hire voice actor, and picture artist - and pay for this (probably thousands) With AI or with hired Actors - anyway - creator will be a human))) Thank you - I probably explain this in a description to the video.

@@good4nyc the person that did an open house told a couple that not all apartments/units have beach/ocean view . So that's why I want to make sure if ANY studio have a beach/ocean view and if any studio comes with washer/dryer .

I am New Yorker and guess that this is the best city in a world! History of the city was always hard - but people who able to change - stay with the city.... and trying to make it better. This is Brooklyn.... at our city everything overpriced, but still people buying. Lower or Higher price doesn't matter - buyers decided how much to pay...

@@nycrealt I know this area and building very very well. Too crazy. The neighborhood isn’t all that either. You can get something far better for less in the same area.
