Great method and really love the cook. One thing different I tried is finishing the chicken on a grill using a little apple wood smoke. I also used some of the marinade mixed with sweet chili sauce to bast while cooking on the grill the last 20-30 minutes. God bless

I wonder who and the size of the largest mobile human both in height and weight was? I've read it's estimated that 100 billion people have lived and died in human history so today's population, while a significant fraction of that is still less than 10%. I would have thought before modern farming that people would not be able to get so big, but if a guy born in the 1790s could, I see no reason someone from 10,000 BC who grew up in a time without a famine or other disaster couldn't have grown larger. The perfect storm would be someone of Shaquille O'Neil's size, marrying a female powerlifter type over 6' and the child having a pituitary tumor leading to too much growth hormone. Such a person could be 10 feet tall or a bit over and probably as much as 2000 pounds. Whether they could live a long time is the question, but if this Mills Darden lived into his late 50s I suppose it is possible. While the earliest versions of the Bible that we have access to claim a 6'9 Goliath, the 9'9 that some texts claim would seem to not be impossible. Of course the story could be completely made up, but taking it literally, it was claimed that the tallest man in Israel came up to King Saul's shoulders. The Jewish people aren't the tallest ethnic group around, but still many of them grow to be 6 footers and I'm sure some did even back then, so Saul was likely seven foot or a bit taller. A 6'9 Goliath shouldn't have terrified him. But if Goliath was nearly 10 feet tall and mobile, and a guy like Saul was accustomed to being larger than everyone by 12" or more, a guy 3 feet taller would be terrifying, especially one that was actively practicing being a warrior unlike the way a king probably lived. Interestingly the Bible conflicts itself and later says another man killed Goliath and David having done the deed was probably added later. Anyway who knows about something that might have happened over 3000 years ago, but the size of Goliath does seem possible.

Grilled is better but sometimes you don't have time to barbecue so you can make a good jerk chicken in the oven if you know what you are doing

The seasonings are what make the chicken "jerk" not whether it was cooked in an over or a grill that's just taste preference. Besides there is more than one way to do anything! Looks tasty chef!
