And yes i agree 99% of my clients’ physical bodies are not yet able to achieve this dynamic ROM however this is where the compassionate touch and living kindness seeps in to become the true guide as to the depth of mobility. I can adhere into the limitations and regress if need be to the clients’ physical, energetic, emotional, mental and intuitive needs at the timing of the space in that moment. Namasgoddess
