I love the fixtures and fittings +colour pallet in this villa,. The use of natural stone and wood gives it such a warm/inviting feeling. Bravo to the interior decor/design team, they did an amazing job, looks like something I would expect from Sandon, very classy,elegant + inviting 👌. Great garden +pool too. I wish I could afford it lol.

The basement of this house has almost the same dimensions as the floor, that is a very notable plus point. With those square meters of land that has a pool...it will be sold soon. The good weather removes any depression 😀

It has great details to make it desirable in the real estate market. In the basement room I would place four televisions of about 28 inches to watch several programs at the same time, several simultaneous competitions of the next Olympic games for example.

Its a beautiful villa for sure. However, it really does need some tactically places splashes of colour.

As you say, the basement is not one of the best and not because of space or quality of materials (which it does have both), but because the use of some areas is very diffuse and the worst thing... you can no longer make presentations of empty rooms. But it has a large garden and solarium.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I like this villa, but I don't like that you bring so many people who bring their friends, children, to enter in villa and look at it, touch the furniture, use the toilet, sit on the sofas, walk everywhere. This villa isn't a restaurant where people come to eat, it's not a bar where they come to drink, and it's not a kindergarten for their children to bring. This villa doesn't cost 1 euro, it costs almost 13 million euros! The company that sells this villa isn't serious, they allow anyone to come to the villa. They need to raise the sales and reputation of the company to a high level! You have money, you can come and look at the villa, you don't have money, you can't come and look and touch the furniture! And one advice for you. If you just come to make content for UA-cam likes, then you aren't doing a good job. You should come alone with a cameraman and focus and show every detail inside/outside the villas you shoot for UA-cam, and not just give a focus on selling! You have to get the attention of people who follow you to be followed! As a sales manager you also have to be more serious and wear appropriate clothes if you want to gain a reputation as a good negotiator and sales manager! This clothes you are wearing isn't for this job!

This villa is going to be sold because of the green area that surrounds the entire house, one of the few in that area that has "all the green" well leveled (it looks like Wimbledon).
