The flashbacks makes it even sad but brilliant at the same time. I loved the scene, knowing how Anakin and Vader are different and the light and dark was there based on the blue and red blades. Again, the flashbacks makes it even more sad as it shows Obi-Wan accepting that Anakin has embraced his role as Vader and that he can't be saved. Not just yet.
