And after a while you start to just know for which injection to use the right needle. Most jobs will have a print out in the lab where you will draw the medications up

No. I left. It became too much a month and I wasn’t getting approved for scholarships. Plus my financial aid advisor was so lazy and sorry. She sucked with providing resources.

@Ts-xr4yw right a lot of people like that option as well. But I’m not sure how it works. They just don’t make it easy to get

It’s more of a stipend so a rate with other pay. The lower the rate the better cause they don’t take out too many taxes. For example a pay rate of $10hr but your stipend is $1000 and food and housing $400

Is the accepts rate for BSN at west coast university great? I’m going to do my prereq at CC and if I don’t get accepted for ADN there, I’m just going and hoping I get in WCU.

@@fastfowardbutton1965 Yeah, you need to pass the HESI, have a B- or above in your science classes for it to transfer over, and be able to pay for it ofc. There are so many students trying to get into my campus in California that there's a waitlist now but idk if that's the same where you're at. In every single clinical rotation I've had at a hospital, I saw someone who graduated from WCU working there so as much as people have stuff to say.... we get hired.

I love it. Just wish we made more. I wouldn’t even be going to nursing school lol. But the pros are the different specialties you can do and the experience you will gain. Con is the pay. Like you will likely start off at 16hr with no experience. I have 10 years and I’m at $23hr but it could be more just gotta put the work in. But overall I def recommend it
