just a thought, for the idea you are exploring is it possible to just use opensource pre-trained models for the MVP ? the first product might be dirty but you could start gathering your own data from users with it if not available readily to improve or build new models

If the AI can detect the prospect's intent, then you could let your user know bout it Live during the call which gives them a hint to not go further down that particular convo and it's time to switch the flow of the convo to make the chances of closing that client better. Hence it acts as a mentor live during the calls😅

I think frugality is important (like for the table here ua-cam.com/video/jEvHy7-JZH4/v-deo.html ), but so is strategic spending if all you need is a prototype and your team is just you and your co-founder, I think AWS is not necessary, if you can setup a old PC with good 2nd hand GPU to act as a remote GPU server. But, the cost is that someone might need to regularly work on maintaining it instead of working on the product/customer directly. Advantage of AWS is that its easy to scale and hassle-free/low maintenance, but man training the huge models is expensive and costs add up very fast if you are not careful. so what I would do is figure out the cost vs benefit for any kind of such spending instead of emotion based decisions. for the domain part, I think having it as soon as possible gives your business a sort of credibility for potential customers who have heard about you. aren't there cheap options since your expected traffic would be low ?
